What service do you provide?

At this time we provide management of mental health conditions for adults via psychiatric medication and limited supportive psychotherapy.  

What ages do you provide services to?

At this time we work with adults aged 18 or older.  We do not provide services to anyone age 17 or younger.  

Do you provide psychotherapy (also known as counseling or therapy)?

We primarily provide psychiatric medication management. We provide limited supportive psychotherapy, but due to the time constraints we are not able to provide formalized psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, or other psychotherapy modalities. What Insurance do you accept?

At this time we exclusively provide care to Blue Cross Blue Shield customers.

Do you accept cash payments?

You may be required to provide a co-pay, but the majority of the cost will likely be paid by Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not take customers without Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

Do you provide in person visits?

How does telemedicine work?

Telemedicine, also referred to as telehealth medicine, is the use of information technology to provide clinical health care from a distance.  A link will be sent to you via email or text (your preference).  Prior to the appointment time you will click on this link, which will take you to a virtual meeting room.  At the appointment time your provider will meet you via video and conduct a visit, similarly to a visit conducted in person.  We utilize Zoom via Charm Health EMR.  This link provides instructions on setting up Zoom: Getting started guide for new users – Zoom Support

Do you provide controlled substances?

(Controlled Substances include medications such as: Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Ambien, Lunesta, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and many others.)

Do you provide a recommendation or prescription for a medical marijuana card?

Do you provide letters or recommendations regarding the following: Disability evaluations, Social security claims, Forensic evaluations, Work leave, Ability to return to work, Ability to own a firearm, Attorney letters, Autism testing, ADHD testing?
